The operations department at Christ Church involves the core components of the church such as facilities, administration, security, resources, etc.
Project Goal
The overarching goal was to consolidate databases, streamline and digitize processes and procedures by establishing workflows, and to simplify and organize our data, thereby enhancing efficiency throughout the organization and expanding our reach and retention efforts.
Deliverables:
Business Administration
She created workflows and proposals that will simplify and digitalize processes and procedures that will enhance the user and employee experience.
Data Analysis
She simplified and organized databases and data points for leaders to easily find and track data. She also created dashboards to nicely present data that was digestible.

Church Attendance
She strategically designed and built customized dashboards to help various departments visualize and interpret their data more effectively. One key project involved overhauling the church’s attendance tracking system—previously a manual and inconsistent process—by developing a comprehensive database to capture, measure, and organize attendance data for all church events.
By gathering, cleaning, and structuring large data sets, she developed five interactive visual dashboards that allowed for deeper insights and more accurate reporting across departments. These dashboards not only improved the efficiency of data capture and analysis but also enabled faster filtering, cross-departmental measurement, and real-time tracking of key metrics.
Additionally, she created and organized data templates and Excel sheets for seamless integration with Google Data Studio, ensuring that staff could easily input weekly data that automatically populated the dashboards. This system empowered each department to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed operational and strategic decisions.

She took their existing processes and developed automated workflows within the Church Management System (ChMS) to enhance the program’s efficiency and ensure accurate data collection and tracking. Additionally, she established a platform on the CHMS that enables the team to manage all incoming inquiries and interests.

Water Baptism
A program offered at Christ Church for anyone who wishes to receive water baptism after making a commitment to Jesus Christ.
She streamlined their processes and established automated workflows within the Church Management System (ChMS) to enhance the program’s efficiency and ensure precise data collection and tracking. Additionally, she designed a platform on the ChMS that allows the team to manage all incoming candidates.
She did the same for 10 other departments in the organization. The above are just some cases.
