Small Groups is a program at Christ Church. They train and manage leaders to lead smaller fellowship groups whether it’s an activity group, life group, or connect group for people in the congregation who are looking for a smaller community in a big church. There are at least 100 groups.

Project Goal

The goal was to revamp their brand messaging, have a fresher look that would attract people to sign-up to join a group, and to automate their processes and procedures.

Deliverables:

Streamline Process and Procedures

She created an operational plan detailing their procedures and built digital workflows that automated their processes and simplified and organized their data.

Brand Development

She revamped their brand look and messaging to enhance the user interface and experience

Website Design

She created a new landing page to display about the program and for people to sign-up to lead or join a group.

Proof of Work

After assisting them in becoming more organized and enhancing their visual appeal, their small group sign-ups grew by 60% following the renovation, attributed to the improved user experience.
