Throwback Birthday Bash

A client wanted a nostalgic, immersive birthday celebration—and I brought that vision to life. I developed the theme, coordinated all logistics, and ensured a seamless guest experience from start to finish.

What I Did:

  • Designed and executed a full party concept with 90s/2000s decor and branding

  • Created a venue floor plan with zones for food, dancing, and games

  • Managed catering, setup, and cleanup teams for a smooth event flow

Movie Night Series

A recurring multi-week viewing event inspired by The Chosen. The client had a dream—I turned it into a structured, consistent experience that drew people in week after week.

  • Managed session flow, including RSVP, room setup, tech coordination, and food

  • Created tiered ticket options with dinner and snack upgrades

Thanksgiving Potluck

This annual potluck brought together new and returning members of our fellowship group across churches to celebrate gratitude and connection.

Young Adults Chill Series

Quest Chill was created to connect young adults through bi-monthly summer hangouts, ranging from casual chill days to summer trips and events.

  • Conceptualized and launched a 6-event summer series focused on post-service connection

  • Developed branded messaging, RSVP forms, and invite strategy for outreach

  • Created floorplans, timelines, and interactive elements (games, discussion zones, etc.)

  • Led coordination meetings and delegated roles to ensure smooth event delivery

  • Facilitated pre-event communication, follow-ups, and hosted multiple touchpoints

  • Successfully hosted 6 unique summer events

Christmas Party

This collaborative Christmas Party brought together three ministries (S.A.L.T., Quest, and Fellowship Squad) for an unforgettable day of fun, games, and connection.

What I Did:

  • Designed the floorplan, timeline, and full agenda to guide the event flow

  • Coordinated all logistics, from check-in to prize tables to karaoke and intermission

  • Assigned roles and responsibilities to volunteers and hosts, ensuring everyone had a part

  • Facilitated multiple team games, icebreakers, fashion show, and transitions with time precision

  • Delivered event scripting and hosted team huddles to align every detail before the big day

  • Engaged over 80 attendees in games, karaoke, and fellowship
