A department at Christ Church.
The operations department at Christ Church involves the core components of the church such as facilities, administration, security, resources, etc.
The overarching goal was to consolidate databases, streamline and digitize processes and procedures by establishing workflows, and to simplify and organize our data, thereby enhancing efficiency throughout the organization and expanding our reach and retention efforts.
She created workflows and proposals that will simplify and digitalize processes and procedures that will enhance the user and employee experience.
She simplified and organized databases and data points for leaders to easily find and track data. She also created dashboards to nicely present data that was digestible.
Operations track who is in attendance each week. This database is intended to capture, track, maintain, measure, and organize attendance data for all events at the church.
She gathered all of their data and developed five visual dashboards. These dashboards not only enhanced the efficiency of data capture and allowed for the inclusion of additional data points, but they also facilitated more precise and rapid measurement, filtering, and reporting of data.
Furthermore, she was tasked with creating and organizing new Excel sheets for Google Data Studio integration. These sheets were meant to be used by staff members for weekly data input, which would then populate the dashboard.

Additionally, she established a platform on the CHMS that enables the team to manage all incoming inquiries and interests.
