She created workflows and proposals that will simplify and digitalize processes and procedure that will enhance the user and employee experience.
She simplified and organized databases and data points for leaders to easily find and track data. She also created dashboards to nicely present data that was digestible.
She created calendars/schedules and guidelines so the team can plan out announcements and promotions effectively and in advance.
She also recreated the marketing request landing page so all event planners can send in requests to the marketing team. Once sent, the marketing team can process and manage requests more smoothly and efficiently.

The team developed a Church App in 2015 but hasn’t utilized it since. Their desire was to make the app more functional and user-friendly.
She formulated a mock-up proposal for the app, aiming to enhance the navigation infrastructure and reorganize the content and structure to improve the user experience.
The annual report is a yearly report that presents what Christ Church had accomplished for that year. It also displays impact numbers and metrics of performance.
The previous annual reports after 2017 were PDFs and printed booklets with just number content. From 2018, they started to digitalize the reports but needed a better design and infrastructure of layout and more relational content and stories. That is when she came in to plan and facilitate the whole project to incorporate these desired elements.
Emails are sent to the congregation weekly, whether it is an weekend e-blast, a general e-blast, or our E-Newsletter. In the past, the emails were text-heavy and didn’t have any styling or design. She came in and revamped their email campaign by creating templates on Mailchimp. This resulted in more engagement with the emails and digestible information.

During COVID we would use a landing page to send to people weekly so they can get updates on what is happening in the Church. The page used was busy, graphic heavy, and they did not know how to add more content on the page without clutter. In turn, she recreated the page to streamline and organize the information for people to digest better.
